In collaboration with FanCraze, the International Cricket Council unveiled ‘ICC Crictos,’ the official collection of digital (NFT) collectibles, on Thursday.
Crictos allows cricket enthusiasts to collect and trade their own piece of history from ICC events.
Fans can begin their Crictos collection with one of three packs: a Base Pack, a Booster Pack, or a Hotshots Pack, which feature 75 outstanding moments from the 2015 and 2019 editions of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
Fans who have reserved a pack will be the first to acquire NFTs of some of international cricket’s most talked-about shots, catches, and wickets.
Classic plays from previous ICC Men’s and Women’s events, as well as famous moments generated at future championships, will be added to the roster of collectibles.
Crictos will be divided into four levels based on their rarity: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary, with Common Crictos being the most common and Legendary Crictos being the rarest.
“We are so excited to unveil our first packs of Crictos today, which is a unique chance for fans to own and be part of historic events in cricket,” said Finn Bradshaw, ICC Head of Digital. Crictos will be a digital record of cricket fans’ favorite moments, allowing them to collect these legendary video highlights.
“This Beta launch is our first foray into the cricket metaverse, and those fortunate enough to be a part of it can start building their Crictos collection today and grow it over time by trading on the peer-to-peer marketplace through our partners FanCraze before we move to a full launch in the near future.”

A Lasith Malinga yorker from the ICC Men’s World Cup 2019 can be found with MS Dhoni and Steve Smith moments.
David Warner executing a checked lofted drive down the ground for six at the 2019, KL Rahul lofting Akhila Dhananjaya over long-off for a six, and AB de Villiers demonstrating his 360-degree range against Andre Russell are among the other NFT products of the 2019 edition.
